Double-walled heat exchanger stainless steel 316

Double-walled plate heat exchanger. In accordance with technical regulations of Belgaqua. Stainless steel 316 plates, welded together with copper. In and out corridors in 3/4″ male thread. Installation always in by-pass, the flow rate of the “swimming pool water” is limited to 2.5 and 3.5 m3/h according to the model.

Flow switch is necessary to stop the supply of hot water when the heat exchanger is not supplied with “cold” water (backwash, air in the pipes, etc.)

Because this type of heat exchanger has a high efficiency and a low flow rate, it is recommended to work with a low temperature boiler
(max 60°C) and provide a delay system so that the heat exchanger can cool down when the circulation pump stops.

These heat exchangers are supplied without a suspension system. A wall support is required to prevent these heat exchangers from moving
full weight on the tubes. Cannot be combined with salt electrolysis.

Belgaqua inspection

This double-walled heat exchanger is approved by Belgaqua and can therefore be used as a plate exchanger for swimming pool heating in new-build homes. The standard single heat exchangers are rejected. This double-walled plate heat exchanger from SWEP has been approved. More information about the regulations of Belgaqua.
